80hp Rotax 912 engine, recently serviced and carburettors overhauled. Engine has 2272TTSN and is operating “on condition” with compressions 76-76-76-76. Engine/aircraft installation LAA approved for E5 MOGAS use.

Ground adjustable 3 blade EcoProp 170R/120/3 overhauled 5hrs ago.

Grove gear and 21 inch tyres, and can be flown doors open for summer flying).

Electric trim, 8.33khz radio, Mode S transponder and Sky Echo 2 fitted, new temper foam seats, upholstery and bolsters. New carpets and other interior trim pieces included but not fitted. Aircraft cover and prop socks included in sale, along with some spares and other items I have never fitted (dual brake kit, new stick grips, colour zoned ASI and new engine gauges for a panel refresh I’ve never started).

Has only flown a handful of hours in the last few years due to medical issues which are unfortunately not going away and are pushing me to part company with her. New LAA Permit to July 2024.
