I have two Quantum plastic nosewheels. One also comes with the Quantum front axle. Bearing run free on both.

If you have ever had to change the Quantum nosewheel, you'll know what a pain it is. And that's just getting the wheel off the aircraft!

Getting the new tyre on the wheel, or the old one back on after repairing a puncture, is even worse!

So that's why we had a couple of spares, so as not to waste good flying weather!
