Comanche 260B 12500
I’m looking to sell two quarter shares in my 1966 Piper PA-24 Comanche 260B. The aircraft is a 6 seater, high performance complex aircraft.
It has a cruising speed of approximately 160kts with a fuel burn of 12 to 14gph.
It is currently a project aircraft and will be worked on and improved constantly over the next two years.
Plans include:
Engine Overhaul
3 blade propeller
New Paint (scheme as shown, modifiable if share owner desires)
New interior
New panel
This may sound expensive but a well sorted Piper Comanche 260B is a £150,000 to £170,000 aircraft.
Share owner is entitled to 25% of the equity of the aircraft regardless of my future investment, they are welcome to contribute but not expected to as it is unrealistic to expect the additional outlay.
Aircraft will be registered to a new LTD company and the trust for the aircraft will be held by this company, equity shares in the company will be dispersed based on percentage ownership or exact equity value.
Ideally to be based at EGFF (Cardiff), EGBJ (Gloucester) or other airfields within a 2 hour drive from Cardiff city.
