Due to a change in circumstance we have available a share in our wonderful friendly flying group. The group was formed over 20 years ago and has just upgraded to a Reims 172 Hawk XP, the big 195HP six cylinder VP version of the trusty 172. The airframe has about 5000 hours and the engine 1100. The aircraft is based at Brimpton, a charming grass strip near Aldermarston in West Berks. It has a 650M runway that doesn't flood and a limitless supply of tea and crisps. Aircraft availability is excellent and the group ethos is very relaxed. There is a CRI within the group who can help with training and revalidations etc. The monthly cost is £100 and hourly (on the hobbs) is £80-£100 depending on current fuel price. Due to insurance a minimum of 100 hours is needed, grass strip experience is preferable but we can help.
