A rare opportunity to acquire a share in an excellent Eurostar Microlight at Gloucester Airport with both hard and grass runways, located close to the M5. The group has accumulated a generous maintenance fund which is sufficient to cover all projected costs and values the aircraft plus funds at circa £50K.

This is a factory built example with a Rotax 912UL which has been maintained without compromise and improved with a number of upgrades making her a joy to fly. For example she has an Artificial Horizon/DI and several other functions which help to keep us all safe; Pilot Aware, Mode-S transponder, Vertical Card Compass
Electronic CO detector etc. . She is in a hangar with easy access and plenty of parking and beautiful Welsh Hills and Cotswold scenery is a short flight away.

She starts ‘on the button’ and cruises well at over 100mph using surprisingly little fuel (I average around 11-13LPH). I have flown her to many places including Glenforsa on the Isle of Mull. The Eurostar gives exceptional views and I can very much recommend touring with the aircraft, something welcomed encouraged by the group.

We are a group of 20 experienced and qualified pilots and we benefit from having qualified engineers within the group, with major items being handled by established maintenance organisations. She has a current permit to Nov 23, and a new engine (only 1000 hrs). Plus various recent items; eg ignition system. An approach to pro-active maintenance, and the excellent cooperation among the group enable us to keep our flying costs under control. Booking is easy via the online booking system, and there are WhatsApp groups for technical and social activities.

We would expect you to take care of our aircraft, you should be a competent pilot preferably without accident history and you will need to be checked-out by the group’s regular instructor who is familiar with the aircraft and Gloucester Airport.

I am rather sad to leave such a well-run group with a super aircraft!
