1964 Piper PA18 Super Cub. G-BFFP has been with our club for over 20 years & provided faithful service as our glider tug. FP is equipped with a 180bhp Lycoming O360 engine, with Millennium Cylinders with 1160 hours since SMOH, with Sensenich prop & hush kit. Aiframe 12448 hours. Annual next due July 2024. NARC due August 2024. Equipped with glider tow hook.

FP has been hangered & professionally maintained throughout our ownership & is in good condition, with a delightful patina.

FP started life as an aerial photography aircraft for KLM Royal Dutch Airlines under the registration PH-OTC. After leaving KLM, the engine was uprated to 180hp & since then has been used as a glider tug.
