The Elstree Flying Group (registered company number: 14547993) is a newly forming group at Elstree Aerodrome in Hertfordshire. We are looking to purchase a PA28 181 or 161 and we are looking for a couple more pilots to join the group.

We currently have six people involved with the group and we will be looking to expand the group in order to raise the funds we need to purchase an aircraft. The group plans to stay at less than eleven members in total.

Estimated costs are as follows:
Equity share price: £10k-£12k
Monthly cost: £215
Hourly: £190

Conditions of joining the group would be as follows:
- The Shareholders Agreement must be signed and returned.
- The Group Rules document must be signed and returned.
- The individual looking to join the group would need to complete a 1 hour competency check flight from Elstree Aerodrome, with an instructor of the groups choice.
- A minimum of 10 hours PIC is required on a PA28 181 or 161 post PPL qualification.
