VW Type 1 Flat 4 1.6 litre Aeroplane Engine

This is a widely used, common aeroplane engine. Usually for single seat aircraft.

It was shock loaded a few years ago and has sat in a shed collecting dust with the intentions of having it rebuilt.

It has had new cylinder heads both sides, with the second spark plug holes machined.

There is no paperwork with the engine.

Open to sensible offers or suggestions.
